Mold Making
Moved manufacturing of a solid ink printer chassis and pre-heat paper heater from the USA to a Malaysian box build, and made it better in the process - We procured and installed an ABB welding robot, sourced over 100 tools, and qualified every part through statistical process control.
The relocated line cut production cost in half and outscored the original on quality. We built the supply chain for the paper heater assembly from the ground up.
